Return of Non-Personalised Products

Non-personalised products can be returned to PineNeedles within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging for a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
The customer is responsible for paying the postage and packaging costs of returning the item.

Return of Personalised Products

Refunds are not possible on personalised products as they are hand made to order, unless they are found faulty at time of delivery.
We recommend that you send your parcel recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are damaged or lost in the post. Goods are returned to us at your own expense, however should you be returning faulty goods we will of course reimburse you.
